The HEALTHYROAST® process is a 100% natural roasting technique that helps preserve numerous bioactive compounds in our coffee without the use of additives or preservatives.
The first graph below shows the level of native antioxidants in an unroasted, green coffee bean sample. The sample is then conventionally roasted to show the level of antioxidants retained. The third graph shows the sample's increased level of antioxidants preserved by utilizing the HEALTHYROAST® process. We test for the following compounds associated with unroasted, green coffee beans: 3-CQA, 4-CQA, 5-CQA, 4-FQA, 5-FQA, 3,4-DCQA, 3,5-DCQA, and 4,5-DCQA.
